Glasgow is a city with a population
of 620,000 people situated in 68 square miles of west central
Scotland along both banks of the River Clyde. The city occupies
much of the lower Clyde valley incorporating suburbs - with an
overall population of 1.4 million people - which extend into surrounding
districts. Glasgow is the largest city Scotland and its industrial
centre it has thriving retail, corporate hospitality, conferencing,
finance, tourism, call centre, and light engineering sectors,
